Our New York City office is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position will report to the Office Manager, and requires sound multitasking, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years working in a fast-paced office environment, and must have experience working in SharePoint. 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, interviews, and meetings as required.
  • Assist organizing events such as internal lunches, parties, seminars, etc.
  • Assist organizing office events (i.e. lunch seminars, workshops, special projects, staff events, etc.)
  • Assist monitoring incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Assist with archive management, including requesting files hard copy files from archives and scanning existing documents as required.
  • Assist with Library maintenance.
  • Provide reception/phone presence and greet clients from front desk when the main receptionist is absent.
  • Help with Specification formatting.
  • Assist with travel arrangements (coordinate with travel agent).
  • Undertake many other tasks as required to keep the office running in an efficient manner.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Administrative role required.
  • Advanced proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Project. Must also have direct experience working in SharePoint.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
  • Interest and ability to learn new procedures and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently motivated with minimal supervision
  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.

As part of our commitment to pay equity, the general compensation range for this position is: $60,000-85,000yr.
